The Laboratory for Advanced Visualization and Applicationcelebrates its opening with an open house. Over 100 attendees were treated to copious pies and research demonstrations that featured a newly completed CyberCANOE visualization system, the CreaTable- interactive table top display, an interactive network pathway visualization of Prochlorococcus, developed for the Center for Microbial and Oceanographic Research and Education, and a visualization of a space mechanics simulation of intercepting mini-moons with probes launched from the moon.
